Hello all and Merry Christmas (Can I say that yet?)
Just to let you know that I'll be DJing in London on the 20th of December for Freitag's Xmas Party @ The Russian Bar. I'll be going B2B with The Smirk aka Rik Vincent from Tweek!, alongside Freitag's residents Dimitry Slyusarenko and James Monday.
Just to give you a bit of background on Freitag, I recently went to James and Dimitrys spin off Party "Ickle Freitag" at Underbelly (underneath Zigfid, Hoxton Square). The party was absolutely packed with party goers, complete with a great atmosphere and music to match. The party was the perfect warm up for a night out at Fabric :-)
Freitag is their Monthly night with the aim of providing quality underground House, Mininmal and Tech House - all from up and coming DJ's. With the superclubs cramming more and more people on their dance floors every week, its comforting to see smaller promoters are not giving up the battle and are continuing to put on nights with lesser known DJ's like myself.
Anyways, if you're in East London and fancy a Xmas shin dig - get yourself down to the Russian Bar on Kingsland Road. From Liverpool Street Station you can get the 149, 67, 242, 243 and get off at Laburnum Street. Alternatively its a 7min walk from Hoxton Square.
